No \u00e9s necessari seguir el mateix ritme per\u00f2 escapa&#8217;t per anar a c\u00f3rrer el dia despr\u00e9s d&#8217;un menjar copi\u00f3s o fer una passejada despr\u00e9s d&#8217;una d&#8217;elles. Fent aix\u00f2 reduirem l&#8217;impacte cal\u00f2ric.<\/p>\n<p><b><br \/>\nBrindar amb menys calories<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Les begudes alcoh\u00f2liques amb una graduaci\u00f3 m\u00e9s alta s\u00f3n les que tamb\u00e9 aporten un major nombre de calories \u201cbuides\u201d, aix\u00ed \u00e9s com es denominen aquestes que engreixen per\u00f2 que no alimenten. Per aix\u00f2, \u00e9s aconsellable realitzar brindis o acompanyar el menjar amb begudes amb menys graduaci\u00f3, com el vi o el cava. Intenta evitar les begudes m\u00e9s \u201cperilloses\u201d com s\u00f3n els licors dol\u00e7os, el whisky, el rom o el conyac i, sobretot, els refrescs amb gas.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Forn i planxa<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Seran els nostres millors aliats. La forma en la qual es cuinen els aliments \u00e9s clau per reduir el seu import cal\u00f2ric.
